Gong from Java.This one is newer hand made of tin of all kinds:I brought it from Java and was told they used recycle tin from cans,garbage cans that are all hand hammered and welded to this shape.

This gong is 19" diameter x approx 7" deep.Has a very deep sound and dissipates very quick-designed that way so it works with traditional gamelan music.Beautiful,hand carved frame , approx. 8"x7"x48" tall each "Totem of people"... the rod in between is 49" long.
